Services Provided

CAF Camarillo Fence Builders provides professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services including but not limited to wood fences, vinyl/PVC fences, chain-link fences, aluminum fences, pool fencing, and commercial fencing solutions.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Quotes and Estimates

Free quotes provided by CAF Camarillo Fence Builders are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, and project scope changes discovered during installation.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. We will notify you of any price changes before beginning work on your project.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before beginning work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. We reserve the right to place a lien on your property for unpaid balances as permitted by California law.

Permits and Property Lines

You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits are obtained before fence installation begins. You must also verify property lines and obtain any required approvals from HOAs, neighbors, or local authorities.

CAF Camarillo Fence Builders can assist with permit applications, but the ultimate responsibility for compliance with local regulations rests with the property owner.

Warranty and Liability

We stand behind our work with a workmanship warranty on all installations. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement and vary based on the type of fence and materials used.

We are not liable for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles not identified before work begins. We recommend having your property marked by utility companies before installation.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your fence installation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

For projects already in progress, cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement and may include charges for materials purchased and work completed.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
